It is also my job to assist with financing, by knowing the best mortgages available, with the best rates.  Just some of the options are:  interst only, buydown, conventional, fha, first time home loan, adjustable rate and of course fixed rate.... all of these are available + more with 15 to 30 year term.

When selling your home, you will want to know the important things to do that will get you the most money in return.   We will walk through your house together and discuss what needs to be done, and if needed a list of people that can help with certain jobs.   For all of your questions, I shall try to have an answer or at least know  where to go to get the answer.
